Already exercise regularly, but the agency still fat? This question is often thrown especially for those who are on a slimming program. But do not give up yet, there are unexpected things that can sabotage your efforts in maintaining a healthy weight. Here is a 6 (six) reasons that you should know and may be the cause of the failure of your diet program:

1. A big meal at the weekend

Researchers have found evidence suggesting that most people generally will not realize that their food portions tend to be much on the weekends, especially on Saturdays. These people are also more likely to eat junk food eat-foods that contain lots of fat.

2. Do not eat fat “good”

Not eating fat is bad forever.
